It can then automatically localize web problems to specific parts of user sessions. Operators can get automated alerts on incidents that include the details they need to investigate, including an ability to ‘replay’ individual sessions in trouble. With AIM, every part of every affected user's session is available for review and diagnosis.

Integrates with Tidal Intersperse for a Complete Performance Management Solution

Using both TrueSight AIM and Tidal Intersperse strengthens IT’s application management processes, by giving the clear view of actual delivered service levels together with the performance of underlying application transactions. IT operators benefit from an automated detection, diagnostics and service recovery process. Once an incident has been detected by TrueSight AIM, and localized to an application error, Tidal Intersperse can look deeper into the application to further localize the issue. TrueSight AIM can trigger Intersperse to dynamically turn on bytecode instrumentation to pinpoint the problem to the method level. And affected user sessions can be visualized for both the web-side experience and the internal execution flow.
