Tidal Software, now a part of Cisco Systems, announces the early adopter program for the Cisco Network Support Automation Service. This new service is designed to save valuable IT resources by automating network support operations. This new service combines Cisco network expertise, best practices, and tools, including Tidal’s Intelligent Automation Platform, to deliver reliable network support automation, thus freeing up vital IT resources to address strategic business objectives.
By combining Tidal’s intelligent automation platform with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) best practices and coupling it with a “single pane of glass” visibility into support automation, this Advanced Services offering is designed to reduce the time and daily effort of network operations.
This service helps enterprises achieve best practices goals quickly and efficiently by intelligently automating and accelerating a range of network support processes. The service extends beyond just incident and problem identification to include configuration and capacity management.
Cisco delivers this service through a phased approach. Cisco experts work with customers to understand their environments, develop a detailed automation plan, implement the automation plan, and then through an annual subscription component of the offering customers receive appropriate support and updates to help them to continuously keep their automated processes up to date with their environment.
