Tidal Software has announced the availability of a new service for customers of Tidal Enterprise Scheduler: Knowledge Service for Tidal Enterprise Scheduler. This new service provides access to the largest body of domain knowledge about Tidal Enterprise Scheduler. Users can improve their business process automation by reviewing the latest practical knowledge and applying it as appropriate to their environments.
Subscribers can access this service at any time through a secure Cisco/Tidal Technical Knowledge Library (TKL) portal. Subscribers can also request customer-specific information that is related to their organizations and available only to them.
This service makes important information broadly available to IT staff members no matter where they are located. It can help fill knowledge gaps by offering online demos, documentation, and training materials. By using the practical knowledge provided only through this service, users can continuously improve their skills and their data processing operations.
Content available through the Knowledge Service for Tidal Enterprise Scheduler includes:
- Information developed by Tidal consulting engineers and product experts, such as papers covering best practices in scheduling, configuration examples, solution diagrams, tips and tricks presentations, and product playbooks
